Your appointment is very important to me. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 3-hour notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and my other clients miss the opportunity to receive services they need.
In the event that I do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your credit card or alternatively billed out to you:
• Clients who have more than 1 late canceled appointment within 3-hours of their scheduled appointment time during a 1-month period, will be charged a
cancellation fee amounting to up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service for their late canceled visit.
• Clients with memberships who have more than 4 late canceled appointments within 3-hours of their scheduled appointment time during a 1-month period, will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service for their late canceled visit.
• Clients who miss their appointment without providing any notice via call or email will be charged a $20 no-show fee.

Thank you for being part of our wellness center. The center will temporarily close on April 30th as I transition to a new, larger location. Our website will no longer be available after April 6th, if you'd like to experience a session after April 6th and before we close, appointments are limited, please call or text 412-877-6767 to schedule.
The office is not staffed for walk-ins. All visits/appointments must be scheduled ahead of time.
